  • Morning Session: Theory and Introduction

    Welcome to the lash training program! On the first day, I will explain the training schedule, my expectations, and our goals. You will receive a training kit with all the necessary tools and materials. It's important to familiarise yourself with your kit, as you will be using it throughout the training. I will go over each item in the kit, explaining its purpose and how to use it. We will also spend a lot of time practising with the mannequin head.

    Afternoon Session: Live Demonstration and Practice

    After lunch, we will focus on practical learning with a live demonstration. I will show you how to get ready for a lash appointment. This demonstration will show you how the concepts we learned apply in real life and will guide you through the steps to complete a lash set.

    The live demonstration will cover:

    - How to sanitise and prepare the workspace

    - How to consult with the client to understand their preferences and needs

    - How to choose the right lash extensions

    - How to apply the extensions carefully and accurately

    - How to ensure the client’s safety and comfort during the process

    - Tips for post-application care and maintenance

    We will have a quick recap session at the end of the day. This will help reinforce what we learned and ensure that everyone understands the concepts and techniques. We will address any questions or concerns so everyone feels confident as they continue their training the next day.

  • Advanced Techniques and the First Live Model

    On the second day of our lash extension course, we will briefly review what we learned yesterday. Please bring any questions you have. Today’s focus is on advanced techniques to help you improve your skills and gain confidence in lash application. You will practice isolating lashes on models to get ready for the next level of lash artistry.

    Practical Exercises

    This session will be hands-on. We will first practice on mannequin heads before moving on to your first live model. We will start with classic lashes and then progress to YY lashes.

    After Lunch Session - Model Application

    After lunch, you will continue working with live models. This will give you the opportunity to apply what you've learned in a real-world setting under supervision. We will also discuss business development and marketing strategies that can help you stand out from other lash artists.

    We will end the day with a Q&A session where you can ask any final questions and share your experiences.

  • Lashing Live Models and Certificate Presentation

    Today is the third day of our training. We will start by reviewing what we learned yesterday, focusing on volume lashes. We will practice volume lashes on mannequins before moving on to live models. Our main goal is to improve your skills in lashing live models. You will pair up with live models to practice lashing techniques with my help. This is an excellent opportunity to apply what you have learned in a real-world setting.

    After Lunch: Lashing Live Models

    We will continue practising volume sets with live models to improve our skills. We will use the techniques we learned over the past two days to strengthen our understanding during this session. I will walk around the room to give you personalised feedback and encouragement, helping you to refine your techniques and build confidence in your abilities - Business development and marketing strategies

    Final Certificate Presentation  

    Get ready to celebrate! At the end of our three days of learning and hands-on practice, we will give you a special certificate presentation. This is your time to shine! You will receive your well-deserved certificate, which recognizes your hard work and commitment. It’s not just a piece of paper; it shows your achievements and is an exciting step forward in your journey in the lash industry. Let’s make this a day to remember.

Deposit and Key Information

  • Please provide two models arriving on time without eye makeup or lash extensions. Let me know if you’re traveling from another city and need a model.

  • Training includes daily coffee and snacks. Bring your own lunch for the first two days; on the third day, we will order food to enjoy together outside.

  • Training dates may change if only one participant registers for a group session.

  •  A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at booking. The remaining balance is due one week before the course starts. If you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, you must pay the $500 deposit again.
