Morning Session: Theory and Introduction
On the first day of the course, I will welcome the students and introduce them to the lash training program. I will explain the training schedule, our expectations, and the goals we aim to achieve. Each student will receive a training kit that includes all the necessary tools and materials. It is important for students to familiarize themselves with these kits, as they will use them throughout the training. I will describe each item in the kit, including its purpose and how to use it, and we will get plenty of practice with the mannequin head.
Afternoon Session: Live Demonstration and Practice
After lunch, we will focus on practical learning with a live demonstration. I will show students how to set up for a lash appointment. This demonstration will help them see how theory applies in real life and learn the steps to complete a lash set.
The live demonstration will cover:
- How to sanitize and prepare the workspace
- How to consult with the client to understand their preferences and needs
- How to choose the right lash extensions
- How to apply the extensions carefully and accurately
- How to ensure the client’s safety and comfort during the process
- Tips for post-application care and maintenance
At the end of the day, we will have a quick recap session. This will help reinforce what we learned and ensure that everyone understands the concepts and techniques. We will address any questions or concerns, so everyone feels confident as they continue their training the next day.

Advanced Techniques and the First Live Model
On the second day of our lash extension course, we will start with a brief review of what we learned yesterday. Please bring any questions you have. Today’s focus is on advanced techniques to help you improve your skills and gain confidence in lash application. You will practice isolating lashes on models to get ready for the next level of lash artistry.
Morning Session - Proper Isolation Techniques
Proper isolation is key to advanced lash application. You will learn different methods to make sure each extension attaches to a single natural lash. We will use several tools, like curved tweezers, and you will practice isolating even the smallest lashes in challenging areas.
Practical Exercises
This session will be hands-on. We will first practice on mannequin heads before moving on to your first live model. We will start with classic lashes and then progress to YY lashes.
After Lunch Session - Model Application
After lunch, you will continue working with live models. This will give you the opportunity to apply what you've learned in a real-world setting under supervision. We will also discuss strategies for business development and marketing that can help you stand out from other lash artists.
We will end the day with a Q&A session where you can ask any final questions and share your experiences.

Lashing Live Models and Certificate Presentation
Today marks the third day of our training. We will begin by recapping what we learned yesterday and focusing on volume lashes.
Students will start by practicing volume lashes on mannequins before transitioning to live models. The main goal for today is to develop skills in lashing live models. Students will pair up with their live models and, with my guidance, practice the lashing techniques. This is a valuable opportunity for them to apply what they have learned in a real-world setting.
After Lunch: Lashing Live Models
We will continue working on volume sets using live models. Each student will carefully apply the skills and techniques learned over the past two days. Instructors will circulate around the room, offering helpful tips and encouragement.
Final Certificate Presentation
At the end of the day, we will celebrate everyone’s hard work with a certificate presentation, marking the conclusion of three days of learning and practice. Each student will come forward to receive their certificate amidst applause and support from their peers. This moment recognizes their dedication and is an important step in their journey in the lash industry.
Deposit and Key Information
Please provide two models who arrive on time and without eye makeup or lash extensions. If you’re traveling from another city and need a model, let me know.
Training includes daily coffee and snacks. Bring your own lunch for the first two days; on the third day, we will order food to enjoy together outside.
Training dates may change if only one participant registers for a group session.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at booking. The remaining balance is due one week before the course starts. If you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, you must pay the $500 deposit again.
